Warranty & After-Sales Service

1. Lifetime Maintenance Service

All BuddhaHour timepieces are eligible for lifetime maintenance service, regardless of purchase date.

This service includes:

  • Battery replacement
  • Water resistance testing
  • Cleaning and basic maintenance

This service is provided to ensure your watch remains in optimal working condition over time.

2. Warranty Coverage & Exclusions

Normal wear and tear or damage caused by external factors is not covered under free maintenance or warranty service.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Strap damage
  • Glass (watch crystal) scratches or breakage
  • Case damage
  • Movement damage caused by accidental or improper use

In such cases, repair services can still be provided, but a service fee will apply.

3. Quality-Related Issues

If your product experiences issues due to manufacturing defects or quality-related problems, we will fully support the repair service.

In such cases:

  • We will repair the item at no cost
  • We will cover both outbound and return shipping costs

4. User-Caused or Natural Wear Damage

If the damage is caused by:

  • Accidental impact
  • Improper use
  • Natural wear over time

The customer will be responsible for:

  • Repair costs
  • Shipping costs for both return and replacement delivery
