If you are charged additional taxes/duties, you are responsible for payment. Unfortunately, Buddha hour is unable to advise what taxes/duties charges may be applied to international shipments. We are not responsible for any taxes/duties applied to your package.

Will I be charged sales tax on my order?
Sales tax is a tax charged on the supply of goods and services. You may also know it as VAT or GST, depending on where you live. Unfortunately, Buddha Hour has no control over the tax rates of different countries. Sales tax is automatically applied to your Buddha Stones order in accordance with individual state codes and regulations.

How do I cancel my order?
As soon as you place your order, we’re on it – We know you want to receive your package ASAP! Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are only able to cancel your order if it has not been processed at our warehouse. In case your order is already forwarded to the carrier, unfortunately, we can't cancel it, so it is important to contact us ASAP.
I made a mistake with my address

📦 Option 2: Send it back to us for repair
We also offer lifetime free warranty repair service for BuddhaHour watches.
You may send the watch back to us for inspection and repair. Once received, our team will evaluate the issue and perform the necessary repair at no additional cost.

What is your after-sales service and warranty policy?
Lifetime Maintenance Service
All BuddhaHour timepieces are eligible for lifetime maintenance service, regardless of purchase date.
This service includes:
- Battery replacement
- Water resistance testing
- Cleaning and basic maintenance
This service is provided to ensure your watch remains in optimal working condition over time.
Warranty Coverage & Exclusions
Normal wear and tear or damage caused by external factors is not covered under free maintenance or warranty service.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Strap damage
- Glass (watch crystal) scratches or breakage
- Case damage
- Movement damage caused by accidental or improper use
In such cases, repair services can still be provided, but a service fee will apply.
Quality-Related Issues
If your product experiences issues due to manufacturing defects or quality-related problems, we will fully support the repair service.
In such cases:
- We will repair the item at no cost
- We will cover both outbound and return shipping costs
User-Caused or Natural Wear Damage
If the damage is caused by:
- Accidental impact
- Improper use
- Natural wear over time
The customer will be responsible for:

To ensure your BuddhaHour watch remains in excellent condition and lasts for years, we recommend the following care guidelines:

Avoid wearing your watch in extreme temperature environments such as hot baths, saunas, or places with sudden temperature changes. This applies to both water-resistant and non-water-resistant models.
🧲 Avoid Magnetic Exposure
Keep your watch away from strong magnetic fields, such as speakers, refrigerators, computers, magnets, and long-term close contact with mobile phones, as magnetism may affect time accuracy.
💥 Prevent Physical Impact
Avoid contact with hard surfaces or objects such as diamonds, metals, or quartz materials. Always handle your watch carefully when removing or storing it.
💧 Water Resistance Care
Most BuddhaHour watches with 3ATM or 5ATM water resistance are suitable for everyday situations such as light hand washing or rain exposure.
However, they are not suitable for swimming, diving, or sauna use.
⌚ Time Adjustment
When setting the time, always turn the crown clockwise only. Avoid turning it counterclockwise to prevent potential damage to the movement.
🧼 Regular Maintenance
We recommend:
- Water resistance testing once per year
- Full professional servicing every 4–5 years
As watches are precision instruments, proper care will help maintain performance and longevity.
