2. Warranty Coverage & Exclusions

Normal wear and tear or damage caused by external factors is not covered under free maintenance or warranty service.

In such cases, repair services can still be provided, but a service fee will apply.

3. Quality-Related Issues

We will repair the item at no cost
We will cover both outbound and return shipping costs

4. User-Caused or Natural Wear Damage

Inspired by the Nine-Palace Bagua Plaque

Nine-Palace Bagua Wheel Curse Watch

The dial features a Nine-Palace Bagua Wheel mantra design, integrating the Nine-Palace system, the Bagua, and the Twelve Zodiac animals.

First Layer: Nine-Palace Circular Wheel

The innermost layer is a nine-grid circular formation. Each grid is engraved with a simplified Tibetan numeral, corresponding consistently with the arrangement of the traditional Chinese Nine-Palace calendar system.

Second Layer: Bagua Circular Wheel

Outside the Nine-Palace wheel is the Bagua ring. It contains the Eight Trigrams pattern in classical Chinese cosmology. However, the sequence differs from the traditional arrangement. Starting from the top center and rotating clockwise, the trigrams are:

Li, Kun, Dui, Qian, Kan, Gen, Zhen, Xun,

representing: Fire, Earth, Lake, Heaven, Water, Mountain, Thunder, and Wind.

Third Layer: Twelve Zodiac Wheel

Outside the Bagua ring is the Twelve Zodiac circular layer. Each of the twelve lotus petals contains one of the zodiac animals, corresponding to the twelve Earthly Branches used in the traditional calendar system.

Combined with the Heavenly Stems system, it forms the 60 Jiazi cycle, symbolizing the complete system of time and destiny cycles.

It is believed that through this structure, all encounters and events—across heaven, earth, time, day, month, and stars—become harmonized, bringing smoothness and auspicious outcomes in life.

Fourth Layer: Mythical Golden Tortoise Beast

Outside the zodiac wheel is a mythical guardian beast known as the “Golden Tortoise Divine Beast.” In Tibetan tradition, it is associated with names such as “Rahula” and is sometimes also linked to the concept of a “Great Time Deity (Tai Sui Star Lord).”

The beast is depicted with wide, piercing eyes and a fierce expression. Its head is surrounded by auspicious clouds, its body is engulfed in flames, and its tail forms the shape of a Vajra (diamond scepter). Its limbs hold ritual implements, symbolizing its power to subdue evil forces and protect all living beings.
