However, due to international shipping restrictions and logistics limitations, we are currently unable to ship to the following countries:

- Yemen
- Cuba
- Iran
- Sudan
- Syria

5. Why is my tracking information not updating?
In some cases, tracking updates may be delayed for 3–5 days after shipment.
This is because your package may be in transit between regional warehouses and international shipping hubs before it is scanned into the global tracking system.
Once the package arrives at the international sorting center, tracking information will update automatically.
Please rest assured that your order is already on its way.
6. What if my package does not arrive?
If your order has not arrived within 60 days of shipment, please contact our support team.
We will investigate the issue and offer either:
