Why We Created BuddhaHour

BuddhaHour was created from a simple observation: in modern life, time is everywhere, yet presence is rare.

We live surrounded by clocks, notifications, and constant urgency, but we often lose touch with the very moment we are living in.

Inspired by Buddhist philosophy, especially the ideas of impermanence and mindfulness, we began to ask a different question:

What if time was not something to chase, but something to be aware of?

Buddhism teaches that all things are constantly changing. Nothing stays the same, and every moment is unique and unrepeatable. Instead of resisting time, we can learn to live fully within it.

From this idea, BuddhaHour was born.
